  Hello David:Thank you kindly for your thank you note which I received the day beforeyesterday.  An old fashioned custom which has unfortunately dropped bythe wayside years ago !Your colleague Kevin Baldwin left me a message a couple ofdays ago that he was waiting on the permit and he would be back in touchwith me to discuss scheduling when he received that.Based on my interaction with you I would be delighted to recommend youto anyone I am aware of who might need your services; and while I thankyou for the referral fee that would not be necessary.  However, beforemaking this commitment I should probably wait for the guys who do theshingling and nailing to have done their stuff !  I am embarrassed toadmit to you that I have never done a Google review, but I will figureit out and post one when all is done.I have to say that, your excellent salesmanship aside, so far yourcompany has struck me as extremely efficient: prompt appointments,arrive on time (in fact early !), outstanding follow up, etc.  Kudos.I am glad you enjoyed the coffee, if you're in the area and need a breakfeel free to drop by for another cup !All the best,Gianrobert
