Before, Jon's roof had shingles in various shades - similar, but not identical - which was noticeable from afar.
The townhouse complex consisted of 10 roofs for 10 separate units due for replacement. Each roof showed signs of weathering, discoloration, and loose shingles.
The old shingles on this roof were worn and aged. These qualities prevent the shingles from preforming their best, and protecting this home.
