Andrew Prince did a great job in remedying some damaging leaks. As always, he provided photos showing the sources of the problems and provided clear explanations of what needed to be done in the short and long term. He came promptly soon after I had contacted RRG. I was happy to be able to get the services of Andrew and RRG, We have an old house with a terracotta roof that almost no one else seems able to repair. They’ve done major repairs on it in the past and they have always stood behind their work.

The office staff and Andrew Prince have always provided courteous and prompt service.

Andrew Prince has always come promptly when contacted and has provided full information on what roofing repair options are available. He gives comprehensive estimates and arranges quickly and reliably the implementation of whatever option we have chosen.

Today Andrew Prince himself did the needed repair without delay and with a full explanation of what was done.
