Citlalli "Lalli" Rodriguez

Citlalli, or “Lalli” as everyone calls her, is part of our office team in Lenox, Massachusetts. Though she’s new to our company, she’s quickly become an essential part of our day-to-day operations with her warm personality and excellent communication skills.

Before joining us, Lalli worked in customer service and specialized in English-to-Spanish translation, allowing her to assist a wide range of customers with ease and professionalism. She’s also CPR certified through the American Heart Association, bringing an extra level of care and preparedness to her role.

In her position, Lalli manages phone and email communications, handles scheduling and booking support, and ensures every customer interaction is helpful and welcoming. She loves being the first point of contact for homeowners and helping connect them with the right team members to get their projects started smoothly.

Outside of work, Lalli enjoys performing with her band, spending time with friends, and exploring new foods—especially Mexican and international cuisines. Her upbeat energy and passion for connection make her a perfect fit for our team and for the customers we serve.
