Cyndi comes to the Total Basement Finishing of Western NY and Klaus Roofing Systems of WNY companies with 15 years of experience in finance; specific experiences include being a part of leadership roles, management level decision making, HR assistance, and problem-solving skills. Cyndi also has a master’s degree in education and business.
Cyndi’s goal as the Administrator of Total Basement Finishing of Western NY and Klaus Roofing Systems of WNY is to grow and flourish with her team, as well as increase efficiency and organization within the financial department. Cyndi’s favorite aspect of working with customers is seeing them satisfied and happy.
Some of the activities Cyndi enjoys outside of the company include spending time with her friends and family, enjoying the summertime, going on vacations, and rooting for the Buffalo Bills! Go Bills!
