When our team first arrived at the property, we were met with a variety of challenges. The homeowner was contending with old, worn-out siding, rotted porch columns, a dilapidated door, and outdated siding and brick. To exacerbate matters, the failing portico posed a safety hazard and detracted from the home’s overall aesthetic.
After:
We installed beautiful gray vinyl siding, incorporating both clapboard and board-and-batten styles to add depth and character. The addition of new OKNA vinyl windows, combined with enlarged window openings, brightened the home’s interior and improved energy efficiency.
One of the crowning achievements of this project was the creation of a stunning front porch. We installed new railings and porch posts on the second-floor deck, complemented by elegant stone veneer and a sleek metal roof. The final touch came in the form of a beautifully stained wood soffit, tying the entire look together in a perfect harmony of craftsmanship.

Over time, the garage’s cedar siding had become weathered and worn, taking away from the home’s overall appearance. The homeowner had also noticed multiple trim boards around the property beginning to rot and deteriorate due to long-term exposure to moisture and changing weather conditions.
Looking to maintain the character of the home while preventing further exterior damage, the homeowner contacted us to complete the repairs with materials that would blend seamlessly with the existing design.
After:
Our team replaced the aging cedar siding on the garage with brand-new cedar siding that brought warmth, texture, and a refreshed look back to the exterior.
We also removed and replaced the damaged trim boards around the home, carefully updating the exterior details to create a clean, polished finish while improving protection against the elements.
The completed project gave the home a refreshed appearance while preserving its original charm and providing long-lasting exterior improvements the homeowner can enjoy for years to come.

A Bold New Look: Black Metal Roofing & White Hardie Siding in Phoenixville
Before: This Phoenixville home had an aging exterior with vinyl siding and a roof that was ready for a complete replacement. The existing roofing system was removed, along with the old vinyl siding, to prepare the home for a full exterior transformation.
After: The home now features a bold black standing seam metal roof with new decking, ridge vent, ice and water shield, underlayment, and updated counter and chimney flashing. The exterior was also upgraded with HardieWrap and James Hardie Cedarmill siding in White, creating a clean, classic look while adding a new level of protection to the home.

This couple needed an update for their large, two-decade-old, two-story home. The stucco facade was outdated and had deteriorated beyond repair, and the windows were old and not functioning properly.
They decided it was time to update the stucco and remodel their home’s exterior to reflect today’s styles.
After:
While our clients came to us for a siding replacement, they were surprised to learn the extent of the damage we uncovered. We found rotted wood underneath the stucco and bad wood behind the existing stoop, all of which we replaced.
To replace the stucco, we installed James Hardie fiber cement siding. We also installed new windows, eight-foot doors, a pent roof, and a copper-colored metal roof to the portico, an elegant stone veneer, and a blue stone stoop.
The new white, black, and copper color scheme provided a much sleeker, more modern appearance than the dull stucco exterior.
