During the 4th of July 2025 flooding we noticed a leak into our bedroom. We called a few roofing companies that were over tasked and never returned calls. Klaus’ Roofing Systems was recommended by some neighbors and found that one of the project managers actually lives in our neighborhood. We called and had immediate response, came out and inspected the roof with a drone and even went above and beyond to do a temporary fix in multiple areas for the additional expected rains. Mario gave an exceptional presentation with the current roof issues then the pros and cons of band-aid fixing the existing roof, re-shingling with the same asphalt product, using metal or the new F-wave product options. We opted for the 50 year warranty F-wave cedar looking in Castlewood brown. Klaus’ roofing went above and beyond to ensure that our HOA paperwork was submitted properly and as emergency active leak which would get the approval within a few hours from submitting. Once the work began they used multiple tarps around the property to catch as much of the old material as possible. They kept the area clean and a project manager seemed to always be on-site to explain processes and answer our million questions. Once the old roof (which was actually only a 9 Yr old asphalt shingle) was removed a full inspection was accomplished and then replacement of few rotted facia boards, and some roof deck. Then an underlayment and new roof went up rather quickly with only a few minor hiccups. Any of these hiccups that happened, Klaus’ responded immediately to fix the issues. They are absolutely a professional company that puts the customer satisfaction first. We highly recommend them!

Mario took the time to explain the drone roof inspection, and the multiple options and costs associated with each option. We didn’t pick a band-aid fix but the best product for peace of mind as we get older in our forever home.

The crew worked long split hours (depending on the heat) to ensure the project was accomplished in a timely manner. They had a couple walking the property and ensuring the area stayed clean also.

Keeping clean as they were going along and ensured a proper walk-around and fixed any concerns immediately!
