Rarely have I taken the time to write a formal letter such as this regarding my interaction with an employee of any business; however, I am taking the time because I was extremely impressed by the professionalism, knowledge, respect, courtesy, customer care, and dedication I received from Maxwell Melillo. He gave of himself and his time most generously. He was very thorough and addressed all of my concerns and answered all my questions explaining as needed. His roofing presentation was superb—and he physically inspected my roof. Previously, I had received quotes from several other companies. This was the first time that a company representative conducted themselves in such a professional and thorough manner as Mr. Melillo. Additionally, he physically went onto my roof to look for issues and concerns. The other companies I had contacted, if they even took the time and effort to go up on the roof, it was only to take quick measurements. I can honestly say it was truly a pleasure to have met him and spent time going over my roofing needs. In my opinion, Maxwell Melillo not only represents your company in an outstanding fashion but, he is the complete package and, I am thankful he was my sales consultant. He is a valuable asset to your organization. I am very happy with the work done by Klaus Larsen LLC. They were not the least expensive contractor that showed up at my house, but they used better quality materials and did some extra work for me installing soffet vents for my bathroom exhausts. Overall, I couldn't have been more pleased with the company or the job they did. The installers showed up as I was leaving for work and were done, including cleanup, before I got home. I think the company in general from the first sales visit to the production manager coming by to help install the soffet vents, were professional and helpful.

I was very, very pleased with the work, as well as his response to my emergency call. They put a roof on in the middle of a cold, snowy February when no one else would. I've recommended Klaus to several people and he recently did another roof in my neighborhood. I'm very satisfied. 

We're really happy with the service and the follow-up repair that was needed for the siding. We only found a couple of nails and we're really happy with the roof. (This attached photo is the roof prior to a replacement.)

We used Klaus Larsen for a complete roof replacement. They provided a very professional service from start to finish. KL was not the least expensive of the 5 quotes we received but we felt a good degree of comfort that they knew their work and would be available long term should any problems ever develop.

Klaus Larsen did a great job on a complete roof installation. Salesman knew his product and listened to our concerns. Installation crew were clean, fast and very professional. Started at 7am and completed at 4:30.

I can't say enough about Klaus Larsen's company. I had the roof, gutters, skylights, and wood trim replaced. Every single part of each job was flawless. Klaus's crew did all the work we decided on exactly and even went above and beyond when issues arose. Everything from our initial meeting, pricing to the finished job was painless and perfect. We get so many compliments on our house from neighbors and friends because of the work. Top quality workmanship and a pleasure doing business with.

I have to say this roofing crew is an amazing bunch. They finished the roof in one day, worked steady and hard, and only took one break that I saw. It is very rare to see anybody work that hard these days. Tell Klaus I am totally impressed. He is lucky to have these guys.  

The salesman and work supervisor were knowledgeable, courteous, and answered all our questions. The crew arrived early in the morning and, after securing the huge netting to catch all the debris, started to remove the 2 layers of old shingles. They then started the new roof installation process while 2 other workers cleaned up. By 5:30 p.m. the entire new roof on the house and garage was completed and the property cleaned up.

The staff of Klaus Larsen LLC was professional, courteous, and mindful of the disruption that a roof replacement can create for a household. Their materials and workmanship are superior.
