They did an excellent job! First Jiovanni came in and he told me about the company and set a crew up to come in. The gentleman came to the door and was very polite and knowledgaeble, he answered all my questions. I was very satisfied with the crew. I had two places where the ceiling was leaking and when they put the new plywood in, it made a little mess in the house, but they came in and cleaned up inside. They were very good at their job. I was concerned about cleanup at first, but I didn't have to be concerned, they did a great job. I told Jiovanni he had to take the crew out to lunch or something because they did such a good job. He said they were a good crew and he was right. I was really satisfied with it. We had a lot of rain last night and I sat here laughing because it didn't rain on me!

I would like to thank the inspector for representing Klaus Larsen Roofing for his presentation, explanation and cost estimating for our needed roof replacement. He was very friendly, professional, on time, and extremely easy to talk to. After the detailed presentation on the replacement procedure and roofing materials used, all my questions were answered in detail. After given the cost and a few different estimations from various companies, we considered what was best for our need. It was a difficult decision. I would seriously recommend Klaus Roofing  to my friends and neighbors who are considering a roof replacement.                          

I had to have a roof ridge vent replaced that was installed wrong by another company. They came out to look at roof and gave me an estimate the same day. Had people at house to install the new ridge vent in two days, were quick and cleaned up to the point the only way to know they worked on my roof was the new ridge vent. They matched my shingles and put down a weather barrier when they removed the old shingles to stop leaks. Would recommend to anyone who needs a repair or new roof can't go wrong.

We had a leak that other companies could not find. Justin from Klaus came over for an estimate and did a great job. When we had it repaired, David the PM was friendly and knowledgeable and overall a good guy! Did the repair and it's perfect now. Thank you.

I'm extremely impressed with Klaus Roofing's process from start to finish. As an architect, I work with a lot of different trades and this was one of the most positive experiences I've had. They promptly replied to my inquiry, came out immediately to assess and quote the new roof, and were able to fit me in very quickly into their schedule which was important. A strong selling factor was the good quality of the shingles, as well as a 50 year warranty on the shingles. For the installation, the onsite supervisor stayed in regular contact, calling with any questions and sending picture updates of the progress. One standout feature was receiving bird's eye pictures of the roof through drone photos. Seeing the house from all angles, I must say actually made the process of getting a roof pretty exciting. I can't recommend their service and work enough!

We needed our ridge vent replaced because water was leaking into our attic. We caught it in time to really do any damage at all. From the inspection to the repair, every person we were in contact with was kind, helpful and honest. We would 100% use Klaus Roofing in the future!
