During the project, we found leaks around at least one pipe boot and daylight showing through the nearby step flashing, likely from shifted flashing or ice and water shield that wasn’t intact. We corrected these issues and installed IKO Dynasty shingles in Summit Gray with white drip metals and black chimney flashing for a clean, sharp finish. Now Evan’s home is protected and ready for the years ahead.

We then covered the rest with VeloraONE underlayment before finishing with IKO Dynasty shingles in Granite Black.
