This West Hartford house underwent several renovations, and we were enthusiastic about providing a roof to top off this home makeover project. These shingles were the perfect touch for their remodeling. 

This ranch home, in West Hartford, was experiencing issues with ice dams over the bay windows and soffits. We also added a ridge vent and updated the interior insulation, to make this roof that much more resilient.

Built in 1976, this single-family home in West Hartford, CT received a new roof from Klaus Larsen. After installing new plywood decking new shingles were installed. A ridge vent was installed on the right side roof above the garage. This home truly received great protection all around thanks to Klaus Larsen! 

At this colonial style home located in West Hartford, CT we completely tore off the existing roof and installed a new roofing system. After we stripped the existing shingles and hauled them to the Asphalt Roof Recycling Center in Stratford, CT we replaced 3 sheets of damaged plywood decking. To finish this roof off, we removed and replaced all of the lead chimney flashing to ensure that no water can come through the chimney to the interior of the home. This roof comes with a 50-year warranty so the homeowner can go through the rainy months ahead, worry free! 

This colonial style home in West Hartford, CT had a 22 year old roof when the homeowners contacted Klaus Larsen. Low to the ground, this roof was in need of a replacement. A small leak was a definite concern for these homeowners. Two layers of roofing materials were torn off and all damaged plywood was replaced. Three rows of Ice & Water was installed. A white aluminum drip edge/rake flashing was installed along the entire outside perimeter of the roof. The chimney flashing was removed and replaced with new, lead flashing. An existing vent pipe boot was replaced with a new 3" Perma-Boot in Black. The finishing touch were the architectural-style asphalt shingles , in the color of Colonial Slate.
