We removed the old shingles, checked the plywood for any damaged or soft areas, and replaced what was needed. Once the deck was solid, we installed the SealoronXT Deck Tape to seal the seams, added SealoronXT Ice & Water in the exposed and leak-prone spots, and covered the rest of the roof with Velora One Underlayment for complete protection. Their home also needed partial Smart Eave ventilation, which we added to help the attic breathe better and prevent future moisture issues. This Colonial style home built in 1980 was recently damaged in a hail storm and in need of a roof replacement.
