He reached out to Klaus Larsen Roofing, and we got to work replacing both his aging roof and gutters. After removing the old materials, we installed a full roofing system using IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Driftshake, along with SealoronXT Deck Tape, Ice & Water Shield, and VeloraONE Underlayment for added protection. To finish it off, we replaced the existing gutters with our High-Flow Complete Gutter System for improved drainage and long-term performance. Jim’s home is now better protected and looks refreshed.

This charming cape cod style home was suffering from a leaking roof. This home which was built in the 1950s had old-style single tabbed shingles which are known for leaking. To fix the issues the homeowner was having, we completely stripped the old roof. We first replaced any damaged plywood decking to ensure the structure of the roof and new shingles. To top it off, we installed a VentSure Ridge Vent to provide top-notch attic ventilation. 

At this dutch colonial style home located in Tolland, CT we completely tore off the existing roof and installed a new roofing system. After we stripped the existing shingles and hauled them to the Asphalt Roof Recycling Center in Stratford, CT we replaced 2 sheets of damaged plywood decking. To finish this roof off, we removed and replaced all of the lead chimney flashing to ensure that no water can come through the chimney to the interior of the home. This roof comes with a 50-year warranty so the homeowner can go through the rainy months ahead, worry free!
