Ann in Old Lyme, CT, reached out for a roof replacement after realizing her roof was over 20 years old and starting to show its age. Our team removed the old shingles, replaced the damaged plywood, and installed the SealoronXT Deck Tape to seal the seams. We added SealoronXT Ice & Water in the vulnerable areas and covered the rest of the roof with Velora One Underlayment to protect the home from leaks.
