Golda in Quaker Hill, CT, reached out to Klaus Larsen Roofing after noticing two leaks, one in her living room and another around the chimney. While she wasn’t sure of the exact age of her roof, she estimated it to be around 15 years old and knew it was time to take action. Our team completed a full roof replacement using IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Sentinel Slate. At this 1750's colonial style home located in Scotland, CT we completely tore off the existing roof and installed a new roofing system. After we stripped the existing shingles and hauled them to the Asphalt Roof Recycling Center in Stratford, CT we replaced 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking. To finish this roof off, we removed and replaced all of the lead chimney flashing to ensure that no water can come through the chimney to the interior of the home. This roof comes with a 50-year warranty so the homeowner can go through the rainy months ahead, worry free! 

At this 1980's Dutch Colonial home located in Scotland, CT we completely stripped the existing roof and installed a new Klaus Roofing System. Once we stripped the roof we replaced 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking that had been rotted out my water damage and old age. We went above code with Ice & Water Shield form all eaves, valleys, and around any chimneys and skylights. To ensure that no moisture passes through to the interior of the home we installed ProArmour Synthetic Underlayment designed to adhere to the roofing surface and repel outside water. For the shingles, we installedarchitectural-style asphalt shingles Driftwood. These shingles are designed to withstand 130 mph winds and are algae resistant to ensure they stay looking brand new for many years to come.
