This cape style home in Vernon, CT was in need of a new roof. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials, we replaced 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 2 rows of ice & water near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In accordance with all new building code requirements, we taped all roof deck joints with self-adhering flashing tape. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Earthtone Cedar. We finished the job by installing a brand new ridge vent to provide consistent attic ventilation to the home. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

We finished the job by removing and replacing the existing exhaust vent hood with a built-in damper on the roof, which included a new flex duct from the fan to the hood. This colonial style home in Chester, CT was built in 1993 and in need of a roof, gutter and trim replacement. For gutters, we installed Aluminum Seamless Gutters by Englert, in the color Hi-Gloss White. For trim, we installed new custom bent aluminum rake metal on all rakes, in the color white. This roof in Marlborough, CT turned out beautifully. It was estimated that the old shingles were approximately sixteen years old, and were showing their age with dark algae streaks running across the asphalt. During construction, the multi-gabled structure had several edges that needed to be properly accounted for with flashing. The color blend of the new shingles perfectly complements this homes trim and siding color.
