Rather than replacing the entire eave, our team focused on a precision repair of just the affected area to preserve as much of the existing roof as possible.

We included up to three sheets of OSB in the quote for decking reinforcement, with plans to adjust the material usage and cost if fewer sheets are needed. Once the damaged decking was addressed, we applied Driftshake-colored IKO Dynasty Architectural Shingles featuring a tear-resistant ArmourZone strip, Fastlock sealant, and 130 MPH wind resistance rating. All shingles were secured with 6-ring shank nails to prevent shifting, lifting, or nail pops over time.
