To fully resolve the issue and prevent future problems, we recommended replacing the roof and addressing the damaged plywood underneath. We removed the existing roofing materials and replaced the compromised plywood to create a solid foundation. The roof was then protected with SealoronXT Deck Tape over the seams, followed by VeloraONE Roof Underlayment across the entire surface to guard against leaks. SealoronXT Ice & Water was installed along the edges and other vulnerable areas for added protection. Once the openings were ready, we installed new ProVia entry door systems with factory-installed interior and exterior trim kits for a clean, finished look. As part of the project, we also replaced the aluminum wrap on the right side of the home, as viewed from the front, to match the updated doors and give the exterior a refreshed appearance.
