Cassandra in Elmsford, NY, knew it was time for a roof replacement when she discovered a leak but wasn’t sure how old her roof actually was. Wanting to protect her home from further damage, she reached out to Klaus Larsen Roofing for help. In addition to a new roof, she also wanted an upgrade for her gutters, so we installed the Raindrop Gutter Guard System to provide long-term protection against heavy rainfall and debris buildup. During the installation, our crew uncovered multiple rotted plywood boards that needed to be replaced. We removed the damaged wood and installed brand-new plywood, ensuring a solid foundation for the Klaus Roofing System. Our customer in Hopewell Junction, NY, had an 18-year-old roof that was installed improperly. The shingles were not nailed down properly, so when one shingle came up, they all started ripping up. Light wind was blowing shingles everywhere, and there were shingles all over his yard! Our solution was a Klaus Roofing System and the customer was very happy with the installation.
