Excellent company! You can feel very confident about choosing Klaus Larsen for your new roof!The home I live in is 22 years old and needed a new roof!  I contacted several companies for estimates. I was particularly impressed with Klaus Larsen from my first phone call all the way to the finished product! On the phone, I was greeted by a polite and professional woman who took my information and scheduled an appointment for the following Monday at 9:00 am.  At exactly 9:00 am Steve from Klaus Larsen drove up my driveway in a Klaus Larsen minivan equipped with a full functioning office inside! Steve and I walked around the house together and then he inspected the attic for leaks.  He went back out to the driveway, worked in his office, and within 10 minutes had an estimate for me. His estimate was much less than two other contractors had given me for the same work.  He also explained that their products are backed by a 50-year warranty! The price and the warranty are impressive but the professional way they do business was the deciding factor for me! They have an excellent system in place and they follow it!  Shortly after I signed the agreement I received a personal video email from the owner, Klaus Larsen, thanking me for hiring his company. I thought that was really nice! The night before the roof was going to be replaced a large dumpster was dropped off in my yard.  The following morning at 7:00 the crew arrived ready to work!  They started by hanging large tarps to cover the house so that when the shingles are being torn off the house would not be damaged.  Next, all of the workers were on the roof taking all of the old shingles off.  They also replaced three pieces of plywood that had rotted over the years.  The crew never took a break! They worked from 7:00 am until 8:00 pm!  They brought all of their own supplies and never asked me for anything.  They were all extremely polite and extremely diligent!  When the roof was finished the crew stayed another 90 minutes cleaning my yard!  They went behind bushes and trees making sure they had picked up every last shingle and nail!  The foreman even went back up on my roof to adjust the satellite dish!  He stayed there until it was perfect! The day after the roof was finished Klaus himself came out to my house! He walked around the property and inspected all of the work his company had done! He asked if I had any questions or concerns, which I did not.  I am so pleased with my new roof!  I highly recommend!!

Jeremy came up to my house and evaluated everything and he was incredibly professional and incredibly responsive. I was appreciative of his consideration of how I wanted everything done.

Water has been leaking through my 13-year-old roof so I reached out to the company looking for someone to perform the repair. Lorenzo Provenzano came to visit. He took the time to look at my roof and attic. His approach, professionalism, and patience impressed me! I mean the man knows what he is doing and I thought I would know my own roof more than him. We were looking to replace our roof with a good company that would do a good job and one we could trust. I am so glad we went with Klaus Larsen! Lorenzo came out and went through every single detail of not only the installation product but also everything that would go on during the installation. We had a million questions and he answered each and every one of them. He was so informative and extremely thorough. He showed and had samples, of every material they would use and the purpose of what the materials do. He even looked in my attic at my boards to see the condition of them, no other company did that. Once we decided to go with them he even came back out to help us pick out the color. He was great! The project manager Bobby called me right away and we coordinated the time and date. He was very informative and let us know exactly what to expect on the day of the installation. The crew came out on time and Bobby was there with them. They were very efficient and finished the job in less than a day. Bobby walked me through everything they did throughout the process and we inspected the final product together. Even my neighbors were impressed by the craftsmanship and efficiency they had. I get so many compliments on my roof and I am so glad we went with them. I have already told everyone I know to go with them, and their warranty is the best out there, and we got many quotes from different companies. Love my roof and love the people that work here. Even the lady that answered my call to set up the quote was so informative, caring, and professional! Excellent experience and awesome company!

Lorenzo from Klaus Larsen Roofing was fantastic. Very punctual, professional, great listener and offered many detailed suggestions. He was very thorough in his inspection inside and out. It turned out we did not need a new roof at this time but had a peeling paint issue in the soffits due to the actual paint job. We appreciated all his suggestions and would certainly choose Klaus Larsen Roofing moving forward when needed.

The roof replacement was done in a professional manner in one day. They also installed siding and new gutters in a little over a week. This service was also very satisfactory. We are very pleased with the outcome.

After reviewing the various quotes I received, I thought that Klaus Larsen would be able to do the best job and I was confident he would be able to complete it as originally quoted. The Platinum Warranty was somewhat of a consideration, but it was more important to me to be able to transfer the warranty if I chose to move, so the new homeowner would have that same warranty. I believe Klaus would do a good job for everybody. He completes his job as he is contracted, and he has a great team of people who do professional work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Klaus.  

Dear Klaus,  All too often people only write to a company (or post online) to complain. But I just wanted to send you and your entire team a "Thanks and Job Well Done"! The excellent service that your company provided was in such stark contrast to the chimney company that I choose (total disaster) - I can't even begin to tell you. From the beginning of the process Steve Ohlund was very professional and knowledgeable, and followed up in a very timely manner to my many questions and concerns. He made me feel very comfortable in the process and was not overbearing or pushy at all (a common trait you do see during in-home presentations). He knows he has a great product and great people behind him, and that was very evident with the way he conducted his presentation and follow up. (Just an FYI - you weren't the cheapest in price, but you were very competitive, and the best in terms of value). The next step was working with Audrey and she was a true joy to work with. She was in constant communication and updated me throughout the entire process and was always a step ahead of my questions. She was always able to be reached, and was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. When the actual work began, I was at a national meeting in NYC, but my wife was extremely impressed with how hard everyone was working, and for how long each day they were here. We recently had our first child, and I was never more at ease with them being the only ones here. My son was actually able to sleep during the work too, so they get high marks on the noise level, or lack there of. The actual workers that were here, were professional, courteous, and incredibly hard-working. (Not to mention they were here working during the week that had the actual worst humidity and heat this summer.) In addition the foreman and a worker came here on a Friday night to make sure my chimney wouldn't leak (because it was supposed to rain that weekend), while I was still waiting for that chimney company to come back and fix their horrible work. The fact that they were even thinking of my house on a friday night, when they weren't even here that day, made me realize that your company is truly top-notch. The outside of our house was left in great condition, and I never found one nail in the grass. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your company to anyone, and I would always be a referral if you need one. If money wasn't so tight right now, I would have your siding team here if they operated the same way your roofers do - that's just how good of a job they did. If we are ever able to have that done in the future, your company will be the first one I call. I just wanted to let you know you have an incredible team.
