The roof on this Ansonia, CT property was 20+ years old and needed to be replaced for a real estate transaction to be completed. The new homeowner worked with roof inspector Brandon and Project Manager Noel to have IKO Dynasty Summit Gray Shingles installed.

The Brown Roofing team travel to Plymouth, Connecticut to replace this customer's roof. The old shingles were worn and outdated. The new IKO dynasty singles installed by our crew have excellent core strength, and built in algae resistance. These singles are in the color Monaco Red, and this new color adds so much character this home. This home will stay safe and dry for years to come!

This roof was covered in spreading mold and algea and had some damage around the chimney area. We replaced the roof with Owens Corning shingles in color Estate Gray.
