Our inspection found streaking, staining, and moss growth on this Bristol homeowner's roof. The shingles were deteriorating and decaying, so the homeowner chose to follow through with a full roof replacement. The roof was given an upgrade using IKO Dynasty Granite Black Shingles.

When our Production Manager Bill walked the roof, his inspection revealed surface wear, discoloration, moss/lichen growth and moderate granule loss. All are common signs the roof is getting older. The discoloration combined with the moss/lichen growth does suggest that at least some areas are likely holding moisture longer than they should.

Quality Control Manager Danny oversaw this project, installing IKO Dynasty Brownstone Shingles.

This customer had dented and leaking gutters that were not able to keep water away from house. As soon as we arrived to the house we got to work and removed the old gutters and installed the new ones making sure that they were routed in the most efficient way. Our team was in and out in only a few hours and when were done we left another happy customer that was glad they had excellent gutters. 

This homeowner has a leak around their skylight. Brown Roofing came to the rescue, by removing the old skylight, and installing an all new skylight with new flashing. The Brown Roofing team removed the shingles from around the skylight, and replaced them with the closest color match in order to achieve a great look. 

This homeowner's flat roof was over 30 years old.  When it was time for a flat roof replacement, the Brown Roofing team got right to work. The crew used EPDM flat roofing, which is made of synthetic rubber, and is very durable. Thanks to our team's hard work, this home's safety and appearance have elevated.
