All new metal roofing was installed on this Watertown home.

We removed the old shingles on this Watertown home and replaced them with a new Owens Corning roofing system.

This roof was installed by another roofing contractor the building inspector failed this roof due to improper installation. Luckily for the homeowner no money had been paid out yet. We removed the existing roof and the underlayment wasn't installed properly either, the ice and water shield did not meet code because it was not 3 feet from the inside wall. We installed all the proper underlayment and the shingles along with three new skylights and corrected some trimwork the other contractor had done finished off with a copper chimney .

We installed this new Roof in the Steeple Chase community of Middlebury, CT.
