Our team began by removing the existing roof down to the wood decking. We replaced any damaged or rotted wood with new plywood and back nailed it for added stability. To reinforce the decking system, we applied deck tape on all seams before installing Velora One synthetic underlayment for superior water resistance.

Next, we installed Sealoron XT Ice & Water Shield on all eaves, valleys, and flashing areas, followed by black aluminum drip metal on all eaves and rakes. Finally, the home was topped with architectural shingles secured with ring shank nails, a ridge vent along all ridges, and ridge caps for a strong, finished system.
