Shortly after purchasing their new home, these homeowners reached out to get some gutters. With no existing system in place, they wanted to ensure they protected their property with the best! After padding out their fascia to fit the system, the team got to work. We installed our Gutter Shutter hooded system around their entire home. 

This homeowner reached out after discovering some leaks while in their attic. The home had two layers of shingles on it already. Our crew stripped the roof down to the decking, and inspected the entire home for signs of water damage and mold. They then used deck tape on all seams, and installed ice & water guard on the entire home. Lastly, they installed Granite Black shingles and installed a new ridge-vent on the home, leaving it protected and ready to face every season here in the Berkshires for years to come! 

Concerned about falling slate, this homeowner knew it was time to replace his homes roof. With a quick call to the office, he was set up with a member of our sales team to come out and assess his roof and provide an estimate. With a firm handshake, a deposit and of course, a signed contract, the installation was ours. Our team procured all the new materials, scheduled dumpsters and got to work! What a beautiful job it was, and now the homeowners can rest assured that their roof is not going anywhere! 

Wanting to be proactive, these homeowners called us to replace their 35 year old, aging roof before they started to experience any issues. The crew uncovered some rotted decking during the rip off. Once we replaced that, we continued on with our underlayments and high performance IKO shingles, ensuring their home would be protected for another 30+ years! 

Unable to reach their previous contractor, these homeowners reached out to us back in 2024 needing some repair work. After an assessment, we deemed their roof to be failing. They wanted to hold off a bit, but called us back once they were ready to proceed. We not only replaced the roof on this property, but they also had us replace a roof on their second property down the road!
