We received a call from a customer stating he had water running over his gutters everytime it rained. We inspected the roof and gutters to find his valley metal was causing water to run to fast in which was just spilling over the gutters. We provided a solution for the customer by adding a diverter to the valley and a small splash guard on the gutters. The next rainfall was two days later in which it downpoured for over 30 mins. The customer called us to let us know that the solution fixed the issue. He said " Justin I was happy I called you I had two other companies out to address the issue and they couldn't come up with a proper solution. You quickly responded and were able to diagnose the issue with a cost effective solution and cosmetically it looked great. Thank you again Tim!"

We recently received a call for a proposal to replace gutters and add raindrop gutter guards to a customer's home. During the inspection process, we offered to take a look and do a full inspection of the customer's home. Upon completing the inspection, we sat down with the customer and reviewed the solutions to replace his gutters and what other damage we found. The roof was only 5 years old but had quite a few bruises and strikes from hail. We showed pictures to the customer, recommended making a claim to Auto-Owners Insurance, and met the adjuster at the property a few days later. After meeting with the adjuster it resulted in the homeowner receiving new gutters as well as a new Certainteed Presidential shingle roof. 

New roof

Full roof replacement and new gutters in North Omaha, Ne after receiving hail damage from a recent storm. Our customer called us after having a home inspection and was told it was time for a new roof. The customers were looking to finance the project and after a brief discussion we were able to help them make a claim with insurance which in turn saved them thousands of dollars on a new roof and gutters.

A large tree fell on an older home in the South Omaha area. This repair took extensive repairs and craftsmanship from our crews with the detail that went into the repair and replacement of the wood fascia and soffit. We inspected and stabilized the structure and made sure everything was structurally sound to make the repair.
