This connected garage houses a lot of important items like their cars, tools, and toys.
Our project managers have to be very organized in order to make sure each job has the correct roofing materials. Having the correct amount of materials allows us to be hyper efficient at completing larger jobs.
This is an aerial view of the roof before we replaced it.
When we nail the shingles over the Ice & Water shield, the glue wraps around the nails, creating a waterseal.
The Shadow Brown IKO Dynasty shingles match the brick siding and the branding of the clinic.
Off to the left of this photo, there is a dumpster in the driveway. There is also a large tarp hanging from the roof to make sure we collect all the scraps.
A big part of what seperates a Klaus roof from our competitors is our ice & water protected underlayment's.
The black underlayment (with no branding) is our IKO Stormshield Ice & Water protection. This is applied in all the most vulnerable areas of the roof for water dams. The synthetic underlayment (black & blue) is applied everywhere else.
