This owner's roof was leaking, and he had been advised to replace it (rather than repairing it). He found us online and called for an appointment.

When a roof older than 10 years is leaking, we do advise to replace it. Otherwise, you are continually doing repairs as the leaks happen, and the water can damage your whole home plus cause mold to grow!

The home was re-roofed with IKO's Dynsty asphalt shingles. Under those shingles are a special underlayment that helps protect against leaks, so the owner doesn't have to worry any more!

Robert called Klaus looking to replace his roof after 20 years preemptively. This is always a wise choice when a roof is getting older to start planning a replacement before problems begin. He loved the work that we did, and his new Klaus roof!
