Clayton

Clayton is one of our Project Managers—and if you ask him, also PHI’s resident comedian and self-proclaimed “pride and joy” of the company. Known for keeping both projects and spirits running smoothly, Clayton brings experience, personality, and problem-solving skills to every job site.

Before joining the team, Clayton worked delivering construction equipment and materials for EDA, where he also managed drivers and coordinated logistics. His background gives him a strong understanding of job site operations and the importance of keeping projects on track. He also holds certifications in forklift operation, telehandler use, DOT, and ASL.

As a Project Manager, no two days are exactly alike for Clayton—and that’s exactly how he likes it. Whether he’s meeting with homeowners, solving on-site challenges, or making sure every detail stays on schedule, he enjoys the freedom and variety that come with helping projects succeed from start to finish.

Outside of work, Clayton enjoys spending time with his family, playing frisbee golf and basketball with his son, and looks forward to the day his beautiful young daughter is old enough to join in on the fun. He’s also a proud member of a bowling league, proving his competitive spirit extends well beyond the job site.
