Overall, love the quality of the work that was done. More communication about the overages and pricing of changes along the way instead of it being a surprise at the end would have been great. I was lucky I added 20% to my loan amount. You need someone like me who is incredibly organized to stay on top of stuff like that for you!
Mike was great.
Each crew was top-notch. The gutter guys that did the front of the house, could perhaps have thought of the water run-off a bit more.
A little more attention to detail before digging holes for footers would mean I wouldn't have so much rock to dig/pick out of my mulch now.

Time spent before the sale discussing the project and all the possibilities. Price, though almost what we paid for the house when we built it, seemed fair.
