This single-family was due for a roof replacement, this was the original roof when the home was built. We started this job by tearing away the existing roofing materials and disposing of them properly. We bring in our own dumpster and ask the homeowner where they would like the dumpster located. To ensure protection from the weather a Water Barrier as well as a layer of Synthetic Underlayment. For shingles, we installed a Klaus Roofing System that included Shingles in the Charcoal Grey. And, to finish the job we replaced the vent pipe boot and chimney flashing.

For this project we installed a metal roof on a home in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This project called for 12 squares of standing seam metal roofing and 8 vents. We also removed all of the gutters from the existing roof and discarded them. 

This project in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina had many repairs that needed to be made. To begin this project we removed all of the existing roofing from the wood, and replaced any rotten or damaged wood underneath it. We installed ice and water shield, synthetic felt, and aluminum drip and rake metal. New flashings were installed to the vent pipe boots and to the chimney. We finished the project by installing lifetime shingles, ridge vents, and ridge caps. 

This project was a roof repair in Longs, South Carolina. We removed all of the existing roofing and replaced all of the damaged and rotted wood. We also installed ice and water shields on all drip edges, step flashings, valleys and penetrations on the roof. Other things we installed on this roof include synthetic felt, aluminum drip metal, aluminum rake metal, and new flashings. We finished the project by installing new lifetime shingles, ridge vents, and ridge caps.
