Sue contacted Fortenberry Roofing Co. to inquire about a roof replacement estimate for First Baptist Church in Dimmitt. The roof needed to be tended to due to a hailstorm that damaged it. Dexter, Lead Sales Consultant, was scheduled to meet with Sue and perform a thorough inspection of the church's roof. Once the inspection was complete, Dexter sat down with Sue to review the report, which included all damages along with accompanying pictures. Sue and the church's board agreed to move forward with the roof renovation for the church.
Dexter then spoke with FRC Production Manager, Robert, and the crew about the specifics and requirements for this roof replacement. Robert and the crew were scheduled to start the removal of all old, damaged materials and to lay all new materials.
This particular job was one of the biggest and best jobs that FRC has been a part of. Sue and the board were very pleased with the work that the FRC team did for them and the members of First Baptist Church.
Gutter System
On this residence, Fortenberry Roofing was able to successfully install a brand new gutter system to help protect the foundation and the surrounding areas of the home. During and after a storm, this system will direct water to proper disposal areas away from the home. For this property, the team used 64 ft. of 5 in. gutters and added 7 downspouts with wide mouth gutter outlets to the exterior of the house.
The homeowner was pleased and thankful for the quality of service Fortenberry Roofing was able to provide!
Metal Upgrade
This property owner wanted a modern twist on one of his houses out in the country. He chose Fortenberry Roofing to aid him on the journey to getting a new and improved roof. Once he was given his free re-roof estimate, signed the contract, and all materials were ordered, the crew at Fortenberry Roofing was able to begin work on the roof replacement. The homeowner chose to go with a U panel metal roof in the color CoCo Brown that compliments the brick of the house very well. Overall, going with a metal roof for this house was the best choice for the house and homeowner; the result are great!
Luther needed to repair a large piece of asphalt roofing that was peeling off the end section of the roof of his home. Even though the damage was not extensive, repairing the roof now can avoid larger issues in the near future.
This type of damage is the direct result of years of constant wind and severe weather conditions. When gone untreated, you risk having additional shingles getting lifted, and with the amount of dust that gets kicked up which causes separation from the underlayment, the repair may not be an option.
Virginia called Fortenberry Roofing to replace her old, damaged clay/Metal roof that needed to be removed and replaced with a beautiful asphalt shingle roof. Once we assessed the roof, the recommendation was to tear down the severely damaged clay/metal roof due to major wind and heat damage.
