In finding the problems they both came to an agreement to remove all insulation and vacuum out the entire attic. Air seal the entire attic with fire retardant foam. Any big opening will be filled with silverglo boards & sealed with foam. Air sealing all penetrations and vents. Installing 3 can light covers. Lastly installing 10” of cellulose insulation to obtain R- 38 Value.

Mr. Turner of Plainview, Texas, contacted Fortenberry Roofing Co. to improve the insulation and ventilation in his attic. He was interested in having blown-in insulation installed to help increase energy efficiency and home comfort. Our Lead Salesman, Dexter, met with Mr. Turner, discussed his needs, and provided a detailed estimate. The scope of work included installing 10 inches of blown-in cellulose insulation, 21 feet of ridge vent, and seven 8"x16" soffit vents to ensure proper attic ventilation. After finalizing the plan, Dexter coordinated with our Lead Technician, Leo, to carry out the work. Leo and crew member Spencer arrived on-site and completed the job, blowing in 10 inches of cellulose insulation throughout the attic, cutting a 3-inch ridge slot, and installing two ridge vents on the north and south sections of the roof. The ridge vents were properly covered with shingles to ensure a watertight finish. They also installed seven soffit vents to provide balanced intake airflow. Mr. Turner was very pleased with the outcome and expressed how happy he was with the quality of work and professionalism provided by Fortenberry Roofing Co.
Mr. Burtkett, From Post, Tx. Contacted Fortenberry Roofing to give him a free quote regarding the insulation needed in his attic. He informed Technician Miguel of the problems he was having to heat his home. Miguel gave him a thorough rundown of what he needed. Mr. Olsen from Portales, New Mexico, contacted Fortenberry Roofing Co. for his gutter needs, following a referral from a satisfied client. His existing gutters were showing signs of wear and inadequate drainage, necessitating replacements.
Our Senior Salesman, Mr. Damel, was scheduled to provide Mr. Olsen with a free quote. During the consultation, Robbie thoroughly reviewed the issues with Mr. Olsen's current gutters, and Mr. Olsen agreed to proceed with the necessary replacements. Robbie outlined the plan to replace the gutters with 5" aluminum gutters in the color linen, and three downspouts, openings, and install gutter guards. He promptly scheduled the crew to begin the work at the earliest available time.
Spencer and Noel arrived at Mr. Olsen's home and efficiently removed the old gutters, installing the new gutter system with an additional three feet on the west side of the home to reduce water overflow. They also added wide-mouth openings and larger downspouts, along with gutter guards.
Upon completion, Mr. Olsen was very pleased with the results and the service provided. Spencer and Noel ensured all debris was cleared, and materials were loaded and removed from the site.
