The owner of this ranch style home knew he needed a professional because he could see that the ceiling was damp and starting to bulge. To start off we removed all of the existing materials and rebuilt the decking with CDX Plywood. The next step was to install ice & water and underlayment. They chose IKO Dynasty Shingles in the color Cornerstone, which is what was installed next. To keep proper ventilation we also cut out a new ridge vent, then installed chimney flashing to ensure a watertight seal. The owners of this Milwaukee, WI home can now relax, knowing that a leaky roof is something they won't need to worry about again.

We replaced all of the gutters on this house in South Milwaukee.

This roof was 40 years old had leaking problems and shingles flying off! These homeowners hated how it looked and was worried about any further damage both internally and externally. We replaced the entire roof (in just one day!) using IKO Dynasty Shingles so they would never have to worry again.

Many roofs can get damaged from storms.  However, the key is to make sure to get the damage looked at right away to avoid big future problems down the road that can result in thousands of dollars in repairs. With this roof, the fascia and soffit got blown off in a windstorm along with the basket on the chimney.
