Thank you, Klaus Roofing Systems, for the full inspection on my roof and gutters.  I knew that I needed new gutters, but I had no idea that the roof was bad.  I don't ever go up there and I haven't noticed any leaks.  Your pictures and explanation helped me understand what's going on up there, brittle shingles, losing granules, and in some cases the shingles are sliding down the roof with nothing holding them in place.  We now know that we must replace it right away to prevent more issues with leaks, rotted wood decking, interior damage etc.
