Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This single-family home in Coventry, CT was in need of a full roof replacement. We started by tearing off one layer of existing roofing material and replacing 2 layers of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 2 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys, etc. In terms of shingles, we installed Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Dual Black. Lastly, we installed the Copper Cat Algae Terminator, to prevent the growth of algae, moss, and mold on roofing materials. This home is now safe & looking better than ever, thanks to Klaus Roofing!

This single-family home was in need of a partial roof replacement. They chose to do only the front of the home primarily because the other side of the peak had installed solar panels. We started the job by tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials and replacing 3 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 3 rows of an ice & water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys, and shingles. We finished the job by installing a VEnt, which includes a Weather Protector moisture barrier and provides top-notch consistent attic ventilation. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Roofing!

This rustic barn was long due for a roof replacement as it showed signs of wear and tear. Klaus Roofing took on the job, and we started by tearing away the two existing layers of roofing material on the barn. Next, we evaluated the condition of the roof decking and found that were 5 plywood sheets that needed to be replaced. A synthetic underlayment was put in place to provide the barn with water protection. For shingles, we installed a Klaus Roofing System using IKO Dynasty Architectural shingles in the Frostone Grey colorway. This barn was made new again thanks to Klaus Roofing!
