This is a thank you letter to Matheno Bey (sales consultant) and Mark Kochiss (project manager). I had my neighbor talk to you because I’m hearing impaired and with the mask, I couldn’t read lips. You both took the time to explain step-by-step what was being done. Matheno, thank you for showing the person on my behalf the pictures and dealing with the insurance company. I’m still having a hard time with them. The person who talked to you on my behalf isn’t here. He won’t be around till September.Mark, the same goes for you. You also understood my condition and did the same as Matheno which meant a-lot. If only more people were like the both of you to show respect toward the elderly, and help as much as you can. Be proud of yourselves.

Material was delivered the day before. Roofing crew arrived early in the morning and worked very late in the afternoon. Could not quite finish in one day. They wanted to return early the next morning to finish. I asked them to come later and they did. One worker came back around noon and spent about 1-1/2 hours finishing the job. They used plywood sheets to put 'tents' over the shrubs to protect them when they ripped off the old roof.. Then installed tarps to contain the material that was removed. When they stopped on the first day the roof was completely sealed against the weather. They made many trips around the area with magnets to find nails. The area was very clean by the end of the day. The dumpster was removed early the next morning. The worker that arrived later that day to finish the trim removed any debris that he created when he left. The roof looks good.

Matheno Bey, I want to give you a big thank you for all you have done for me. Not many people would do what you’ve done for me. The insurance agent John called Aug 13th, said my claim was approved that I’ll be getting $6,340. Well, I got the check yesterday. I was so happy because one thing after another has been happening. I would call to thank you but my phone for hearing impaired is not working right. Thanks to you this is one thing I can have done. Some day I hope I’ll see you in person to thank you. This is my second time hiring Klaus Larsen for roof work. They did great work back in 2017 replacing my roof so they were my first and only call to repair my garage roof after a tree limb fell on it this winter, which included building supports for a few beams inside the garage that cracked. Pat and Drew did incredible work, answered all my annoying homeowner questions, and left the place looking immaculate. I hope my roof adventures are done for now, but it's comforting to know I will always have a great option in case I need to do more. Thanks, guys!

Don't bother looking elsewhere. So professional from start to finish. Installed a new roof and gutters. Price was great and so was the service.
