Located in Broad Brook, CT, this home was in desperate need of a complete roof replacement. We first stripped the entire roof down to the plywood decking and hauled the debris to the Asphalt Roof Recycling Center in Stratford, CT to be recycled into paved roads.

The roof here on this colonial home in South Glastonbury was pushing 30 years, with a total of two layers to remove. What a difference a day makes. Here was a modern style architecture home located in Killingworth, CT. There was a great deal of visual deterioration, with a large amount of moss and curled shingles. ProArmor Synthetic underlayment was used underneath, for added protection against moisture penetration. Cleanup was a challenge, as the home was located on a hill overlooking a large body of water.
