This single family home in Niantic, CT was in need of a new roof. Klaus Larsen Roofing started the process by removing one layer of existing roofing materials and replacing 5 layers of damaged plywood decking. Next, we installed 3 rows of  Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, and chimneys. In terms of shingles, we installed Duration TruDefinition Shingles in the color Driftwood. We then located 5 damaged sheets of plywood decking, which we then removed and replaced. To weather proof their new roof, we installed two rows of Ice & Water Barrier as well as a layer of Synthetic Underlayment to help repel water. When it came to the shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System using Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the Dual Grey colorway.
