This home in Watertown, CT required a roof replacement and Klaus Larsen Roofing gave it just that! To start this job we tore away one layer of existing roofing materials and disposed of them properly. Next, we inspected the roof deck and found 2 damaged sheets of plywood decking that we then replaced. We then installed two rows of Ice & Water Barrier to protect the home from inclement weather. A Synthetic Underlayment was also put in place to provide additional weather protection. For shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System using Dynasty Architectural Shingles in the Sedona colorway. To finish the job, we installed a ridge vent to provide attic ventilation, and we also replaced the vent pipe boot. This home is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

This Prospect, CT dwelling is an impressive feat of modern architecture. Unfortunately, the roof was falling into disrepair and needed a full replacement. The windows are obviously a focal point on this home, so it was vital for Klaus Larsen to make the skylights look equally as exquisite. We rebuilt this roof from the insulation up, and it came out looking great. Call us soon to schedule your free estimate!
A Condo Association that owned this house in East Hartford called us to replace the roof. They had leaks in the roof and needed a permanent solution. Previously a second layer was installed when the 1st roof started to have problems. Our crews arrived at the home around 7:00 am, tore off the shingles, and were done and cleaned up before the end of the day. We install Ice & Water on every job and above code. We also use synthetic underlayment along side the Ice & Water to protect the plywood. In fact, we replaced all the rotten plywood after the old roof was tore off.
