Here was a Cape Cod style house located in Tolland, CT. Country living usually means that you must be prepared to deal with wayward tree limbs, algae and the like. Due to it's age, this home in Essex, CT needed a new roof. We started this job by tearing away one layer of existing roofing material and disposing of it properly. We then inspected the roof deck and discovered 3 damaged sheets of plywood decking which we replaced. Next, we installed two rows of TriBuilt Ice & Water Barrier as well as a Synthetic Underlayment to better protect the home from the elements. For shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System using IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the Charcoal Grey colorway. To finish up the job, we installed a new chimney flashing and vent pipe boot. This home is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

In this house in Haddam, CT the owners were experiencing several leaks in the back of the house. Upon further inspection several pieces of plywood were found to be very rotten and the entire back roof needed to be replaced. Along with the roof, the Fascia board was taken off and replaced with a new composite fascia board.
