This single family home was in need of a new roof. After tearing off and disposing of one layer of existing roofing materials, we removed and replaced five sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed two rows of an ice & water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys, etc. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Patriot Slate. Further, we installed two new exhaust vent hoods with built-in dampers on the roof. We finished the job by removing and replacing the existing chimney flashing with brand new lead flashing to further protect against water penetration. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

This large single family home located in Colchester, CT was in need of a new roof. Our team started off by tearing away and disposing of one layer of roofing. This is a stately Victorian located in Stafford, CT. We first met the owners back in 2011, when we did a full roof replacement on their Colchester home. The declining three tab shingles here needed to go, so that the top of the house could be on par with the rest of the property. Klaus Larsen installed one layer of Designer Color Summer Harvest shingles over a deck covered in ice & water shield. We also re-shingled the turret and installed new vent pipe boots. The whole job was ensured under a 50 year full coverage warranty.  

Klaus Larsen traveled to Connecticut's quiet corner to repair and replace this Columbia roof. Cambridge Charcoal Gray shingles were installed to compliment the bold, red paint of this house. Aesthetics are never ignored!  

It was April, but there was still snow on the ground in Columbia, CT. This homeowner wanted a company that could get the job done in one day, so as to avoid any issues with weather. Along with the new roof, we installed a solar powered Fresh Air Deck Velux skylight system with remote, that closes automatically at the first sign of rain. They are perfect for contemporary homes with cathedral ceilings like this one. The OC True Def Duration Brownwood color looks great on this country property.
