This single family home in Oakdale, CT was in need of a new roof. After removing one layer of existing roofing materials, we replaced any rotted or damaged sheets of plywood decking. We then installed two rows of an ice & water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys, etc. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Earthtone Cedar. We finished the job by removing and replacing the existing chimney flashing with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

This one car garage in North Windham, CT was in need of a roof replacement and we did just that. We began by tearing off one layer of existing roofing material and disposing of them properly. Upon inspection, there were 3 damaged sheets of plywood decking that were removed and replaced. Two layers of Ice & Water Barrier were put in place as well as a layer of Synthetic Underlayment to protect this garage from rain and snow. This small, one-family residential home in North Windham was due for a roof replacement. We started this job by tearing away one layer of pre-existing asphalt roofing and disposing of it properly.
