Staff was on time for all scheduled meetings. They were quick to return all phone calls. The day of the work they were on time and very professional. The job was done in one day as stated.

I was most satisfied with the timeframe. They were done in one day and the guys worked hard. I would like to recognize the installation crew's leader or supervisor. He is the guy who drives around to check on the crews. He was not satisfied with the way his crew cleaned up and made them come back the next day to finish it up. But to the installation crews defense, it was dark out when they did finish the project.

They are very professional and did an outstanding job. The foreman of the crew is the one person I would like to recognize. I was pleased with the outstanding efficiency of the crew.

I had a great experience with Klaus Larsen and their sales rep. Jeremy. They treated us well and provided high quality workmanship, it was quick, the pricing was reasonable and their was a good outcome.  

It was really good and there was no problems. They were knowledgable and answered all questions that I had.  

I chose Klaus Larsen because of his knowledge of the business and the fact that roofing is the only thing he does, compared to other contractors that attempt to do all form of repairs without concentration in one specific area. Incredible workers, fast, efficient and knew what they were doing. An outstanding job. Could not believe how well they cleaned up after the job. Quality and experience are worth what minor difference in price there may be.

I got a quote because my roof had 2 layers on it and it was time to replace it. Klaus Larsen was the first one that came and gave an estimate. I thought Jeremy did a good job. He was quick and went through everything that the job entailed. Klaus Larsen did the roof quickly, cleaned up very well and at a pretty reasonable price.
