Klaus roofing did a great job from the initial inspection to answering all my questions, scheduling, installation and the clean up. Jeff Elder was our roofing contractor and he kept in touch with me through out the entire process. I truly appreciate all the time and effort Klaus roofing has done to help me out with our new roof. "EDIT 1 year later: I have to call out how great these guys are, once again. 1 year since I have had my new roof put on and I thought I had some damage from all the winds we got when Hurricane Helene came through Kentucky. I reached out to Klause Roofing to ask if what I was seeing was covered by my warranty. No questions asked these guys came out and inspected what I was seeing. Turned out some edging materials from a neighbor's house had blown into my gutters and was not a part of my home at all. Not only did the team not even think to charge me for the wasted trip, but they also added some nails to a loose fascia board they found while inspecting the roof. That board was never a part of the work they originally did nor was it part of any warranty, but they saw an issue and immediately took care of it for me, no charge and no fuss. These guys take customer service to heart, and that stands out in all their actions when working on your home. I am so glad I put a Klaus on my house. _______________________________________________________________   ORIGINAL REVIEW: Klaus Roofing is top notch. My wife and I had about 8 different roofers for quotes and Klaus stood out head and shoulders above rest. I had certain questions I would ask and judge the responses to see who was being honest. Kyle from Klaus was honest, up front, and actually looked for what was best for us and our budget instead of just trying to upsell at ever step. This level of integrity is what won us over. Klaus then helped us with every step of the insurance process, provided answers, documents, and hand holding as needed to guide us through these steps. Klaus actually bid a little bit higher than our insurance estimate and we still went out of pocket on the difference just to stay with them instead of going with a smaller bid just because we felt more at ease with Klaus' professionalism and character. Klaus then piced and install date that worked around my schedule and when the time came, David and his install team were fantastic. They had the misfortune of doing my roof on the hottest week of the 2023 summer, but this did not deter their professionalism. David met with me and discussed every step that was to be taken during the replacement process and made sure any and all questions were answered. The installers got to work right away and were very efficient. David took photos and drone shots throughout the process to document everything. Once completed, they provided all the docs and photos needed by my insurance company to close out the claim process. Additionally, they provided the docs needed to also have my insurance company lower my rate based on the new roof and materials. Josh was phenomenal—he walked me through every design option, explained all the details clearly, and made sure I had everything I needed to make the most informed decision. He even helped coordinate with the lender and went over the estimate thoroughly. When it came time for the roof replacement, Ethan was on-site to manage the project seamlessly. So I don't typically write reviews unless they were absolutely horrific or absolutely amazing. But in this case, I wanted to share one that was AMAZING...Who loves spending thousands of dollars on a new roof? Nobody. However,  when the time for your roofing project arrives, let me save you hours of research and the stress of wondering if the contractor you chose, knows what they are doing. (Yes, there are those that don't as I and several of my neighbors found out).Klaus Roofing Systems is a tested system that had I not needed a new roof, would never have known about. My inspector, Jeff, took time to explain their process they follow and more importantly, why they do it. They know all the necessary local code requirements and he explained the ones to me and why, for many of them, they go above and beyond the minimum specification.  Jeff was right there from the initial (FREE) inspection to when my Insurance adjuster came and walked the roof with him. He spent several hours with me going over my options before the first shingle was removed and replaced by their team of roofers that were simply amazing to watch.I have a large house with several different roof pitches and it took them 2-days. That is simply amazing to me since my neighbor, with a similar-sized house, had a crew from another company there for an entire week and were loud and pumping vulgar music from their stereos during the day.- They are price competitive (you get what you pay for and you don't want to go cheap on your roof.- Professional- Responsive- Detailed and will take the time necessary so you understand the scope of the projectIf you have a roof that needs to be replaced, I absolutely recommend KRS of Cincinnati for your roof and gutter projects.

We highly recommend Klaus Roofing. They installed a new roof and gutters for us. From the first contact and through our many questions they were easy to work with, professional, friendly, and extremely detailed. They weren't the lowest price but when we checked into the details of the materials and processes, they use, we felt the value was far greater than other roofers we'd talked with and the materials they would use. Klaus definitely delivered on that value. In one day, they removed & replaced our roof. The next day, removal & replacement of gutters/downspouts. We plan on staying here as long as we can so the materials and labor warranty was a huge plus. We looked at 6 roofing companies, compared 4 bids, and received answers to our detailed list of questions from 2. We looked into the materials used by those 2 and it was obvious from reviews and descriptions that materials Klaus would use were well worth the additional price for the added quality and performance.

We were referred to Klaus Roofing Systems by a relative who had not only hired them twice herself for two successive houses, but who had in turn learned about them from a few of her neighbors that had hired them. They definitely lived up to their reputation. After we contacted their Sales Manager, Jeff, he replied quickly and was at our house to inspect the roof within a week. Once he finished with the inspection, he took the time to show us photos to illustrate several issues, and explained the entire process, breaking down the purpose of each step, differences in the various materials, etc. We had a quote before he left, and he was able to help us with finding a financing option. The crew's supervisor contacted us within the promised time frame. On the day of the job, his crew was fast, efficient, as quiet as they could be, and friendly. The supervisor checked in with us a few times to keep us updated as to how things were going. They did a full replacement of the roofs of our whole house and garage - which included a whole new layer of lumber in addition to the shingles - in only two days. They performed a full clean-up around the house on both days and left the surrounding area pretty much exactly as they found it. Now, we have a roof with a 50-year warranty. I would recommend them without hesitation.
