A home in Centereach, NY was in need of a new roof. The homeowner gave us a call and we sent out one of our project consultants to do a full evaluation. After the comprehensive evaluation of both the roof and the attic it was clear this home needed a new roof. Our amazing install team and project manager showed up promptly the day of the install and began preparations to give the home the new roof it needed.

A homeowner from South Ozone Park was in need of a new roof. The current roof was incredibly old. Klaus Roofing Systems by Triple H removed and replaced any rotted or damaged wood. IKO GoldShield Ice and Water Shield was installed 6 feet on all drip edges, walls, chimneys, and valleys. All plywood seams were tapped with 4 inch MFM tape. Next, Klaus Roofing systems installed IKO RoofGuard Cool Grey synthetic underlayment. All new aluminum drip & rake metal was installed. New flashing was installed on the vent pipe boot & chimney flashings. Finally, IKO Dynasty lifetime shingles were installed. This customers home is now protected from the sun, rain, sleet, wind and hail.

A homeowner from New Hyde Park contacted us with concerns about their roof. After a proper evaluation it was clear this roof needed to be replaced. We removed the old shingles, replaced any rotted or damaged wood and back nailed all wood decking. Next, we installed IKO StormShield Ice and Water Shield. Then we tapped all the seams of plywood before installing IKO Stormite synthetic underlayment. Before the new shingles could go on, new aluminum drip and rake metal was installed on all the eves of the roof deck and outside rake edges. Next, a new vent pipe boot flashing and lead chimney flashing was installed. Finally new IKO Earthtone Cedar Cambridge architectural lifetime shingles were installed.

During a roof replacement at a home in New Hyde Park, NY our team realized during the roof deck inspection there was rotted and damaged wood.  The rotted and damaged wood is replaced with plywood of the appropriate thickness to match the existing roof deck before the project can move on.
