This homeowner from Manhasset contacted Klaus Roofing Systems by Triple H with concerns about his roof.  After a careful inspection it was clear this roof needed to be replaced. Klaus Roofing Systems by Triple H removed the existing roofing, replaced rotted or damaged wood with cdx plywood. Then installed ice and water shield, tapped all seams of plywood, installed new drip and rake metal. We also installed new vent pipe flashings. Finally new architectural lifetime shingles were installed. This customer will enjoy their new roof for many years to come!

A homeowner contacted Klaus Roofing by Triple H because a leak had been found in the master bedroom and entrance. The previous owner had put on a new roof, but during the roof inspection it was discovered that the roof had a second layer and was not actually replaced. The solution proposed by the Klaus specialist was a complete replacement. The crew arrived and prepared the area by setting up tarps to protect the yard and removed all existing shingles and damaged sheathing. KRS signature underlayments were installed: first the Sealoron XT Ice & Water shield, then all seams were taped with Sealoron Deck Tape, and finally the exclusive Velora One Synthetic Underlayment for complete protection under the shingles. Metal edging was installed and signature IKO Dynasty Architectural Shingles in Sentinel Slate was placed with HD Galvanized Ring Shank nails. Pipe and chimney flashing were installed and finally the vent, hip, and ridge shingles were installed. A homeowner from Roosevelt, NY contacted Klaus Roofing by Triple H. He knew he needed a new roof. After our representative met him at the home and evaluated the roof, this homeowner was correct. Before the job is completed, Permaboot Pipe flashing is installed on all plumbing vents and penetrations along with copper chimney flashing around the chimney.
