The client called us for a property inspection after a brutal hail storm. Main issue, the customer complained about was leaking and water damage for interior.
After a thorough 15 point inspection, we also found evidence of hail damage on the AC unit. The winning play here is the replacement process involved entire HVAC system (inside & outside units) with ONE deductible, on the SAME hail storm - insurance claim.
Our goal was to maximize her claim to get more done with no extra out of pocket, only deductible paid. Another happy client, another win in our books.
We proudly present this project! Here we have a real investment of our client in his property.
The clients request was to close the roof issue once and for all. And we did. These shingles are made from recycled tires and have an absolute advantage over asphalt ones. All components of this roof work together to make it impact resistant.
Everything is grate there: high characteristics of strength and reliability, the appearance, the increase in the value of the property and, of course, a happy customer!
This before-and-progress photo pair shows a garage exterior siding restoration project in Allen, TX. The original upper siding was removed so the wall framing, sheathing, trim lines, and attachment points could be inspected before the exterior was rebuilt. Instead of simply covering the old surface, the repair process allowed the wall assembly to be checked for hidden damage, moisture exposure, and weak areas before new siding materials were installed.
The damaged and aging siding was replaced with a stronger fiber cement siding option, commonly known as Hardie plank siding, which offers better durability, improved weather resistance, and a cleaner finished appearance than the original exterior material. After the siding replacement was completed, exterior paintwork was also performed to help protect the new siding, match the home’s appearance, and provide a finished look.
For Allen homeowners, this type of siding repair is especially important after long-term weather exposure, storm damage, moisture problems, or aging exterior materials. A proper siding restoration project does more than improve curb appeal. It helps protect the wall system behind the siding and gives the home a more durable exterior finish.
Before starting the roof replacement, our team installed a protective carpet around the house and yard. This important step helps us safeguard your property — preventing windows from breaking, bushes from being damaged, and landscaping from getting ruined during the removal of the old roof. It also helps control debris, ensuring that it doesn’t get stuck in hard-to-reach places. By preparing the area in advance, we make the entire installation process cleaner, safer, and more efficient, so you can enjoy your new roof without unnecessary worries.
