The client called us for a property inspection after a brutal hail storm. Main issue, the customer complained about was leaking and water damage for interior. 
After a thorough 15 point inspection, we also found evidence of hail damage on the AC unit. The winning play here is the replacement process involved entire HVAC system (inside & outside units) with ONE deductible, on the SAME hail storm - insurance claim.
Our goal was to maximize her claim to get more done with no extra out of pocket, only deductible paid. Another happy client, another win in our books.

The clients request was to close the roof issue once and for all. And we did.  These shingles are made from recycled tires and have an absolute advantage over asphalt ones. All components of this roof work together to make it  impact resistant.

This before-and-progress photo pair shows a garage exterior siding restoration project in Allen, TX. The original upper siding was removed so the wall framing, sheathing, trim lines, and attachment points could be inspected before the exterior was rebuilt. Instead of simply covering the old surface, the repair process allowed the wall assembly to be checked for hidden damage, moisture exposure, and weak areas before new siding materials were installed.
