We stripped the roof down to the decking, and then repaired all the damaged parts of the decking. We then installed our underlayments; our synthetic felt, and our ice & water membrane. We then installed our laminated shingles, and the homeowner chose our Biscayne colorway. To add some finishing touches, we also installed new chimney flashings and crickets, 4 new perma boots, and a sleek customer skylight with vented impact glass.
