This new IKO Dynasty roof is in our "glacier" color. It comes with a 50-year warranty and is durable enough to stand up to most weather conditions. 

This Winchester, Ohio family owned a home with ventilation and shingles that were outdated and inefficient with energy costs. The flashing around the chimney was also cracked. We repaired the leaky roof and updated the shingles and ventilation to increase their energy efficiency.

This homeowner contacted us for a free inspection as they were having some issues with their roof. After the inspection it was determined that the life of the shingles had been exhausted. Ultimately, this homeowner trusted Klaus with the project and we installed their new roof and new skylights.

This homeowner called us for an estimate to replace his 20 plus year old roof. After learning about the Klaus Roofing Way, they decided to move forward with the project, and we replaced his roof with IKO Dynasty Biscayne shingles, KRS Sealaron XT Premium ice and water sheild, Velora One Synthetic Underlayment, roof deck tape and Wicker color gutters and Rain Drop gutter guards. 

Unfortunately, this homeowner was experiencing active leaking when she called us out to inspect her roof, which was causing interior water damage. She decided to replace her roof with IKO Dynasty Granite Black shingles.
